The new CEO rolled out the manifesto and strategic plan across the entire organisation – which was underpinned by three key enablers – with the aim of transforming the organisation and culture in order to achieve business objectives.
Description
Metamor46 delivered a pilot session that triggered the commencement of an organisation-wide transformation program for all senior managers, branch/business support managers and; participation of the executive management team in an observatory capacity.
Through the transformation program underpinned by a blend of discovery & experiential learning, MM46 was able to gain buy in & commitment to the strategic plan across the entire organization.
Over 4months, a series of capacity development workshops and leadership retreats were delivered with a focus on transformational leadership, collaboration, and innovation that led to:
- aligned behaviour that drives agile practices, directorate collaboration and individual ownership
- accountability to team and organisation that eradicated a silo-mentality
- change in leadership behaviour through a paradoxical blend of personal humility and professional will
- dynamic and flexible work patterns that created a renewed impetus towards service design and solution generation.
